I’ve spent my career explaining why complicated technology actually works — at Heroku, Stripe, Aiven, and now Supabase — mostly from Tokyo, mostly with a coffee going cold next to me. I also run Brightenly, a tiny CRM I’m building for freelancers who’d rather be doing literally anything other than admin work.
